Please read the following requirements, and apply below.

Requirements

• Credit score 600+

• Income 3x the rental amount (proof with your last 2 check stubs)

• Criminal History must exclude crimes against children, aggravated cases, domestic abuse, and/or sexual charges

• No previous evictions

$35 application fee per adult (18+) applying to live on property 

Property deposits vary by rental amounts | $300 pet deposit per pet

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email with the application payment options. Application fee must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the email.
